CANCELLATIONS
Once you received confirmation that an order has been placed, this cannot be changed as the products we are supplying to you are made to measure for you. As such, you have no rights of cancellation if you have changed your mind.
You are responsible for ensuring that the specifications are correct. You may however return and receive a refund for products if they are faulty or misdescribed. In which case, you have 14 days after the day you receive the product, to cancel.
This right does not apply to any custom finish, bespoke or made-to-measure products.
If we are not at fault and there is no right to change your mind, you may still cancel. We will refund any sums paid by you for products not provided, however, we may deduct from that refund reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your cancelling the order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Production times are as follows:
Prints: 3-5 working days
Canvases: 5-7 working days
Acrylic Glass: 5-7 working days
Aluminium: 5-7 working days
Prints and products are produced in a professional lab and, as such, these timescales are an approximation. However, we aim to get your product despatched at the earliest part of the timeframe listed e.g. 3 days for prints and 5 days for other products. Prints will then be safely packaged and sent by registered/recorded post. Products will be sent by courier to your delivery address.
